August 11, 2009 - The newly-constructed Comfort Suites hotel located at Cotner & R at the West entrance to the Westfield Gateway Shopping Center, is now open. The Comfort Suites brand is franchised by Choice Hotels International, Inc. (NYSE:CHH), one of the world’s largest lodging franchisors. Comfort Suites properties are mid-priced hotels that offer a premium guest experience, including the complimentary Savory StartsTM breakfast. An all-suites hotel, it offers oversized rooms with separate areas for work, sleep and relaxing.
Owned by One Investment, LLC and managed by Midas Hospitality, St. Louis, Missouri, the Comfort Suites hotel will feature 82 guestrooms and 1 meeting room that can accommodate up to 40 people. The hotel will offer free high-speed Internet access, free in-room Savory SupremeTM Roast Coffee, complimentary USA Today or The Wall Street Journal, indoor heated pool, laundry valet service, guest laundry, convenience store, Managers reception, business center and handicap accessible rooms.
Guestrooms will feature refrigerator, microwave, pulsating showerhead and curved shower rod, full-size sofa bed, flatscreen/plasma TV, pillow top mattress, desk and full length mirrors.
